- Description
- The United Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract, on a sole source basis, with FLIR Systems Inc. 27700A SW Parkway Ave., Wilsonville, OR 97070 for order of the ThermaCAM P640to include the Profess ional software, Level 1 Training, DC adapter and replacement battery. FLIR Systems Inc. is the only known source that can provide the required equipment. In absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Comp etition procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All qualified sources must respond in writing no later than 2:00 PM January 25, 2008. A d etermination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communication is not acceptable in response to this notice.
