- The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to George C. Marshall Foundation, P.O. Box 1600, Lexington, VA, to provide all services, materials, and facilities for the conduct of the George C. Marshall Awards Seminar. The U.S. Army Cadet Command at Fort Monroe, VA requires all support services as set forth in the Performance Work Statement to conduct the Marshall Awards Seminar to be held 15-18 April 2008 in Lex ington, VA. The services shall include all supplies, administrative and logistical tasks required to schedule, plan, operate, and support the Seminar, to include Roundtable Discussions, Presentations, Meals, Dignitary Reception, Cadet Reception, Registrat ion, Books, Tours, Schedule of Events, Lodging, Transportation, and Photographer. The NAICS Code is 561990, All Other Support Services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received will be considered b y the Government. A written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Your response shal l include your companys capability to do this type of work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
