- This is a competitive Best Value Acquisition utilizing Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). The subject acquisition is for Grounds Maintenance Services at Beale Air Force Base, California. Source Selection will be conducted utilizing the guidance and/or procedures from the Air Force Source Selection Policies and Procedures, the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department Of Defense (DOD) FAR Supplements and Air Force FAR Supplements. Contract Award will be made to the Offeror who is deemed responsible, whose proposal conforms to the Request For Proposal?s requirements and is judged to represent the Best Value to the Government. Only one award will be made. Specific requirements are specified within in the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated for this acquisition.
