- Description
- Shaw AFB intends to establish a firm fixed price contract for Laundry and Dry Cleaning (LINEN) Service. The contractor shall perform all base linen service as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The performance shall be for a base period plus four (4) one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) sode for this procurement is 812320, with a small Business Size Standard of $4,000,000.00 This is a full and open solicitation. This contract will be accomplished as a Commercial Item in accordance with FAR 12, utilizing Commercial Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiations. Offers will be evaluated utilizing "Best Value" Procedures. All eligible responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued on or about 17 Jan 2008. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the government point-of-entry (GPE) for Federal government procurement opportuntities site at www.fbo.gov.
