- J- Installation of Resilient Flooring at VAMC, Mountain Home, TN. Offers are due January 24, 2008 by 4:00 p.m. cst at VAMC, (90) 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. Responses are submitted to the following questions: 1. Is their any equipment, furniture to move or store: Response: The entire area will be vacated for contractor to demo and install new product. 2. Who will be moving the equipment/furniture if it is to be moved: Response: The VA 3. After reinstallation of the VCT are all area of new construction to be cleaned/sealed/waxed with a floor buffer etc? Response: The VA will be responsible for cleaning the area. 4. Is cove base to be continual of 4' sections and are the corners to be premolded manufacturer provided corners? Ressponse: Four foot sections. 5. What is the square footage for the VCT and linear footage for cove base? The exact measurements is requested to be measured on site. A site visit has been set up for 1/22/2008 at 2:00 p.m. est at VAMC, Mountain Home, TN, Engineering Service, COTR Luanne Bays, phone 423 926 1171 extension 2794, e-mail is LuAnne.Bays@va.gov 6. Will ICU and PCU be closed at sequential times? Response: PCU is phase 1 with a 3 week time frame ICU is Phase 2 with a 3 week time frame when PCU is completed. Cost Range: Between $25,000 and $100,000
