- A solicitation will be issued as a Commercial Item Acquisition under the guidelines of FAR Subpart 12. The VA North Texas Health Care Systems (VANTHCS), 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas 75216, intents to purchase four (4) Infoseal Folder/Sealer, Product No. PS600. Request for Quotation (VA-257-RQ-0081) will be issued on or about January 17, 2008 with a due date of January 25, 2008 @ 3:00pm CST. NAICS code is 423420. Size Standard is 100 employees. Potential Offerors may submit quotations to address located in Block 9 of the SF1449 of the solicitation or emailed to belinda.cook@va.gov. No fax copies will be accepted. Questions should be emailed to belinda.cook@va.gov. As of October 1, 2003 all offerors are required to be register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made to that Offerors. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Offerors are advised they will be responsible for downloading all amendments to this solicitation if applicable.
