- Description
- The purpose of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is to notify prospective offerors that the Department of State has a requirement for the combination of Recycling and Trash Removal Services that will result in a firm, fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. It will be competed amongst small businesses only. The NAICS code is 562920. The period of performance under this contract will consist of one base year plus three option years for a potential total of four years. This contract will be a performance-based acquisition. The Department intends to make one single award. Multiple contract awards are neither anticipated nor desired. This competition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15. To be eligible for award, offerors must provide complete pricing for all line items for all four contract years. Partial offers will not be considered. This solicitation will be posted under Solicitation Number S-AQMMA-08-R-0301.
