- This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), reference number INL 0110-5E5172, for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to award a firm, fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for the acquisition of the services of an independent laboratory in the United States capable of analyzing samples taken within the aerial eradication program by the Narcotics Affairs Section (NAS) of the American Embassy Bogota, Colombia.
