- Description
- In accordance with FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b),the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a sole-source purchase order London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) in London, England for $ 30,000.00. The contractor shall provide information for planning interventions to improve drinking water quality following natural disasters or complex humanitarian emergencies. The vendor will provide a final report summarizing recent experiences of non-governmental agencies using household water treatment in natural disasters and humanitarian emergencies. LSHTM has an extensive published track record establishing and evaluating point of use water systems following natural disasters and complex humanitarian emergencies in developing nations. They maintain a number of significant and strong collaborative relationships with humanitarian non-governmental organizations overseas which are essential to project success.
