This solicitation SPM4A5-08-R-0275 will be solicited for award of a definite quantity firm fixed price contract (FFP) with 100% option. The OEM is Eaton Corp., Cage 00624, P/N AE84722G. The NSN and Quantity are as follows: NSN 1650-01-240-9262; Quantity: 25 each, 100% Option 25 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection & Acceptance Destination. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
