- Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound intends to procure for Household Goods (HHG) Area 1, Packing, Crating, Storage and Movement Services. This acquisition encompasses inbound, outbound, intra-area and inter-city shipments. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 488991 and the Small Business Size Standard is $23.5 Million. Anticipate Primary and Secondary awards of Firm Fixed-Price, Requirements type contracts. Period of Performance will be a Base year with two (2) each twelve month option periods which may be included at a later date. The contract area of performance under this solicitation is the following Washington State counties: Kitsap, Jefferson, Clallam, and Mason. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or about 1 February 2008, with offers due on or about 20 February 2008. This procurement will be awarded utilizing commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed.
