Description
1. The subject DRAFT documents are being released to solicit questions and comments from offerors interested in the subject procurement in order to ensure the adequacy of the documents for the purpose of requesting proposals at a later date. In order to ensure the information provided is sufficiently complete for preparation of proposals, thereby streamlining the proposal process once the RFP is released, we are requesting critical review and submission of all questions/comments with respect to any area requiring clarification. 2. The subject DRAFT SOW and PWS may be accessed at the following address: www.afsc.army.mil; click on Business Opportunities on the left side of the screen; click on Automated Acquisition Information System (AAIS); click on the Distribution Management Center link. 3. The SOW and PWS for the work effort are in DRAFT form; as such, they are not intended as representative of the final documents that will accompany the Request for Proposal when issued . Questions/comments submitted and responses thereto may result in revisions to the current DRAFT documents. 4. The work, set forth in the draft SOW and draft PWS, is separate and distinct from any Field Level RESET Division/Center (FLRD/FLRC) wor k. Please notify the Government if you believe that any work in the draft SOW and draft PWS overlap existing FLRD/FLRC requirements or contracts. In addition, any comments as to how this DMC work may be further distinguished from the the FLRD/FLRC work w ould be appreciated. 5. All questions/comments regarding the DRAFT SOW and the DRAFT PWS posted on 15 Jan 2008 must be CONSOLIDATED FOR SUBMISSION IN ONE TRANSMISSION to the following email addresses no later than 3:00 p.m. CT 29 Jan 08: vicki.a hlgrim@us.army.mil AND melissa.light@us.army.mil. Datafaxed, hand-carried and/or oral questions will be not be accepted. Questions submitted and responses thereto will be consolidated and issued for information purposes at issuance of the solicitation. Please note that these questions and responses may be edited in order to delete any information that may identify the offeror or reveal the offerors proprietary information. In addition, please be aware that the Government will not respond directly to ea ch individual offeror. 6.
