- SYNOPSIS January 16, 2008 The United States Military Academy at West Point, NY intends to issue a solicitation for Trunk Lockers with Tray in a quantity of 2,500 units. The solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. A First Article may be required 10 days After Date of Contract (ADC). The anticipated release date of the solicitation is January 30, 2008 with deliveries required on or about April 15, 2008 for 1,250 units and 1,250 on or about July 15, 2008. The Government will provide firm delivery dates by the end of February, 2008 for the April 15th delivery and by the end of May, 2008 for the July delivery. Arrival of deliveries will be precisely coordinated with Government personnel since the Trunk Lockers will be issued to cadets f rom the truck with minimal disruption to cadet schedules. Vehicles will be required to arrive at the West Point gate on the delivery date between 0600 and 0700. FOB Point is West Point, NY. NASIC code is 316991. Size Standard is 500 employees.
