- Description
- This acquisition will cover Hood, Flyer?s, Anti-Exposure, HGU-32/P; quantity 2,750 each. NSN: 8475-01-255-7490. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Deliveries are FOB Destination and the destinations are New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin; FOB Destination. Production lead time is 180 days. Hood, Flyer?s, Anti-Exposure, HGU-32/P shall be made in accordance with MIL-H-81843C dated 19 September 1986, Hood Assembly Drawing 1639AS100 Rev H and Hood Pattern 1639AS101 Rev B. First Article Testing is required. First Article testing shall consist of three (3) samples to be sent to DSCP for visual, dimensional, destructive, leakage, and seam adhesion testing. Shade Evaluation is required. Certificate of Conformance is required. Qualified Laboratories, source sampling and production lot testing are also required. The estimated solicitation release date is January 31, 2008.
