Description
Notice of Contract Action. The United States Air Force (USAF), 79th Medical Wing (79th MDW), Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Contracting Division (AFDW/A7KM), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to T-Systems Government Services to provide template-based documentation solution for both physicians and nursing staff to be utilized by the 79th Medical Wing, Malcolm Grow Medical Center. The contractor will supply provider and nursing level documentation templates ?software ie. cd-rom? based on chief complaints for emergency medicine. The templates will be supplied in both electronic and paper-based form. These templates will be customized for the 79th MDG Emergency Department and will meet all standards for documentation per JCAHO. The contractor will contact the Emergency Department Medical Director every 6 months to query for needed changes to templates. The contractor will adjust templates as requested and re-supply the Emergency Department with updated templates as needed, maintaining JCAHO standards. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. If you are capable of fulfilling this requirement, submit a capabilities statement and past performance information i.e., previous contracts and government POCs referencing F1D4527173A002, to Ms. Monica Ceaser, Contract Specialist, monica.ceaser.ctr@afncr.af.mil. If documents are sent via email, the contractor will be responsible for validating government receipt by calling the Contract Specialist at 202-767-7940. Documents submitted shall not be returned. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests for information will not be honored. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-DEC-2007).
