- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to negotiate on a competitive basis for the acquisition of Headquarters Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) and Joint Basing BRAC Program Support for Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC). The CNIC BRAC branch requires Contractor expertise to provide program analysis, resource integration, management support, and BRAC-specific information technology and master scheduling services. The terms of the agreement will be for a base period of performance of one (1) year beginning 1 April 2008 and running through 31 March 2009 with options for four (4) additional years. The RFP will be made available electronically upon its release at www.neco.navy.mil. Paper copies, faxed copies, or email copies of this solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFP and any amendments hereto. Responses must be received within 45 days of publication of this notice.
