- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Contracting Office intends to acquire one each control panel for water pump. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Siemens Water Technology Corp., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 The company is the only known provider of these supplies. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A firm fixed price contact will be awarded as a result of this quotation. This requirement is in support of the NAVFAC Washington, DC. Any interest or concerns must be directed to FISC Philadelphia Contracting Office, Re: N4008008RCPW062, Code 260.D no later than 25 JAN 2008 Attn: Luis Aymerich. Note 22 applies.
