- Solicitation Number W81XWH08T0063 will be issued on or about 18 January 2008 and proposals will be due on or about 25 January 2008 @ 4:30 PM EST. The Governments requirement is to acquire non-personal service to perform medical diagnostic studies f or a period of 12 months plus two option years at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Silver Spring, MD. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541690 with a size standard of $6,500,000.00 million in average annual receipts. This procurement is Small Business Set-aside 100%. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view, download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting a mendments on or about 18 January 2008 at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov. Proposals will be evaluated on a Commercial Firm Fixed Price and any resulting contract will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Award to include a one -year base period and two one-year option periods.
