- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security intends to award a sole source purchase order to Global Cyber Risk, 4501 Foxhall Crescents NW, Washington, DC 20007-1056. The requirement will be a Firm Fixed Priced purchase order. The contractor will: update compliance requirements and maintain complete table of authorities for the protected repository for the defense of infrastructure against cyber threats (PREDICT); update list of potential privacy, security, and operational policy considerations and maintenance of privacy impact assessment for PREDICT; provide support in maintaining and auditing the operational structure of PREDICT; and support efforts to educate cyber security researchers in legal compliance and policy considerations. This requirement is a follow on to purchase order HSHQDC-07-P-00076 awarded to Global Cyber Risk. Global Cyber Risk is a woman-owned small business. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested sources may submit a letter via e-mail to the Contracting Officer identifying their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. Responses must be received no later than January 29, 2008, 4 p.m. EDT. A determination to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for proposals or quotations. Phone calls will not be accepted.
