- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with University of Washington Education Outreach, P.O. Box 45010, Seattle, WA 98145-0010. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation from which an offer is being requested. This document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23, dated December 26, 2007. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract for services provided as described in the statement of work below.
