- This solicitation will be issued as a 100 % Total Small Business Set Aside and is for the acquisition of USMC Dress Gloves, Black. NSN 8415-01-538-4821/30/36/44/45. Quantity required is 22,000 PR. FOB Destination. Best Value procedures will be used. Evaluation factors will include PDM, Past Performance and Delivery. Gloves shall be made in accordance with the following: CR/PD 02-06SYSCOM, dated 31 October 2006. Delivery will be required to DDSP - New Cumberland, PA and DDJC ? San Joaquin, CA.
