- This requirement is for a long-term firm fixed price contract for NSN 1680-00-792-9233, ?Sensor Assembly, Skin Temp?, requirement document IQC08011009012, and approved source of supply: Honeywell International Inc. (0YFP0). Item is identified as configuration control, critical application, Destination inspection required, FOB Destination; DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The estimated annual demand quantity for the base year is 100 pieces and 100 pieces for the option years. The delivery requested is 102 DARO or best possible delivery. Requirement solicited as "Other than Full and Open Competition" as we have only one approved source and unrestricted. 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) . ABVS applies- The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
