- 1) Under Item 3, the solicitation for bid mentions two (2) trailers. It mentions that the trailers are pulled by a truck. Are the trucks already wrapped? NO 2) Are we going to wrap both trailers entirely or just the doors, which dimensions are listed? Full wrap of trailers to include doors. 3) For our understanding, are the buses only to receive decals and not full wraps? Buses will only receive decals, not full wrap 4) Are there facilities available to install graphics? There is a warehouse to install the wraps on the vehicles. 5) Will removal of existing graphics be required? 1 of the HMMV's will need the decals removed 6) We see that the HMMVS are a full wrap with a base color do you have the PMS on this. The Base color will be the Army Combat Uniform Color. A swatch of the color will have to be made. 7) Do you have (or will it be provided) the image of the Pelican? Yes 8) Do you have a specific size in mind? 24X24 9) Do you have (or will it be provided) the image of the Crests? Yes 10)Do you have a specific size in mind? 18X 18 11)How many different DRUs are there? 5 12)For the back of the HMMVS (and sides) will you want a perforated window film for the image on the window? NO windows will not be wrapped. 13)We are assuming the Bus is NOT a full wrap? Bus will not be fully wrapped. 14) Will you provide the Band graphics (fonts size etc)? Government rep will assist on the band graphics and will also he lp with the font size 15) Will you provide the State logo? Yes 16)What size would you like each of the two above to be? Logo will vary in size where it is positioned on the vehicle 17) Will you be providing the PMS colors you wish to u se? No. Need help designing. 18) We assume the trailers are both a full wrap due to the base of Blue with silver stars? Will this info (graphic) be provided Yes both trailers to include the doors will be a complete wrap to include LOGO's 19) Wha t is the anticipated date of award for this solicitation? January 2008 20) What is the required completion date from the award date? 28 Feb 08 21)Do you have a specific template for submission of the quote? See solicitation. 22) Are there any limitations on the number of pages for the entire proposal or sub portions? No. 23) Can the wraps be installed at the vehicles location? Must be at our Pineville, LA location. 24) Are all of the vehicles located at the same place? Yes 25)Does the government anticipate the vehicles being available or will there be times during the installation that their use will preclude access? Always possible. 26) Are the vehicles being transported to the business location that will provide the installation services for solicitation # W912NR-08-T-0006? No 27) Make and model of HUMMVs ? 6 M998s and 2 M1025s. M998 are square. The M1025 slope in the rear. 28) Pictures of trailers, HUMMVs and bus available via email req uest. Vendors are welcome to visit this facility prior.
