- This is Amendment A002. Question: Will the quoter be required to have a facility clearance? Response: If the quoter is an independent contractor; USTDA will process a security clearance for the individual. If the quoter is a firm providing candidates; a facility clearance is required from the firm and proof that the individual is already cleared. Question: When will the performance begin? Response: Performance is anticipated on a date to be negotiated between the parties. Question: What are the possibilities for options? Response: FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract will not be acceptable. FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, will be an incorporated clause in any award from this solicitation. Question: Is there an imcumbent and does USTDA plan on retaining the person? Response: This requirement has been filled in the past but not recently. There is currently no person working this requirement to be retained. Remark: This action has been determined by the Contracting Officer to be Service Contract Act exempt as defined in 29 CFR 541. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-DEC-2007).
