- This is Amendment A003 to the referenced solicitation. This amendment responds to the following question: We ... do not yet have our security facility clearance. We have begun researching the process by which to obtain this clearance and intend to apply for one in early 2008. If our candidate(s) has a security clearance, or is willing to have USTDA assist him/her in obtaining one, will USTDA consider the candidate(s) we include in our RFQ response? Response: Depends. If we select the firm and the candidate works for that firm then, "NO", the individual in ineligable. If the firm is a agency that assists candidate(s) but we contract with the individual then we'll perform the necessary administration to effect a security clearance. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-DEC-2007).
