- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Catalyst Events, 600 N Henry Street, Alexandria, VA 22314, for the development, creation and presentation of a ?Big Picture? (proprietary program)team development program for the LMSB All Managers meeting. The contractor will provide design and implementation of the ?Big Picture? part of the conference, props, equipment, supplies, staffing, coordination and facilitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A solicitation package will not be issued. Request for solicitation package will be considered non-responsive. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the Agency. All quotations must be received by Friday, January 25, 2008. If no affirmative responses are received the award will be made to Catalyst Events.
