- Description
- Special Notice: Subject to final approval, the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), Division of Procurement, Avery 5F, 200 Third Street, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302 to: STRATEGIC SCIENCES INC, 100 N BRAND BLVD, SUITE 400, GLENDALE, CA to obtain: MegaCall - Version 3.0, New PC Server, O/S upgrade to version 6.0, Microlite BackupEDGE Software Upgrade, Installation/Configuration and remote setup support assistance. Since this is an upgrade to an existing package currently in use at BPD there is a uniqueness to this requirement, that we believe requires a non-competitive acquisition. Vendors who can provide the required product and services should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement.
