- This is a Sole Source announcement. No "hard copy" RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Hughes Circuits, Inc for: 16 each P/N 1207-ACPA-KU, 8 each 1207-ACPA-LX, 12 each 1207-ACPA-UX. Award to be made based on all or none, and lowest technically acceptable quote received. Contract to be awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition, FAR part 13. . Responsible firm's believing they can provide the above item, should submit a written response to the Purchasing Agent, clearly showing their ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship to the program. E-mail or facsimile quotations are acceptable and must be received on or before the closing date. E-mail quotations may be sent to chris.lewis@navy.mil or faxed to 619-553-9068. Note 22 applies, however, all responses received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) of the date of this advertisement maybe considered by the government. The applicable NAICS code is 334418; the size standard is 500 employees. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendor's doing business with DOD.
