- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure, as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, dining room services for the Midshipmen Food Service Division for the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD. This work involves providing the managerial, administrative, supervisory, direct, and overhead personnel to perform wardroom dining room services and non-food preparation catering support. These services will be provided for approximately 4,500 midshipmen, plus supporting staff and approved guests. The service provider shall provide personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, and associated support. Midshipmen Food Service Division serves over 12,000 meals daily and caters more than 900 special events per year. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The solicitation will require the submission of cost/price and technical proposals. The contract will cover a base year beginning on 1 June 2008 with four (4) one-year options.
