- Pre Solicitation Notice William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, Texas has a requirement for non-personal on-site clinical coding, physician documentation training, and auditing of written and computerized medical records at WBAM C and its clinics located within the hospital and at primary health care sites at the Soldier and Family Medical Clinic, Fort Bliss, Texas and Biggs Army Air Field, Texas and White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. This acquisition will be processed under Commercial Item Procedures with a base year of 01 April 2008 through 30 September 2008 and four (4) option periods. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Certified Firms under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program. The North American Industry C lassification System (NAICS) is 518210 for this procurement. All eligible 8(a) firms may submit a quotation which will be considered. Solicitation will be issued on or about 28 January 2008 and will be available at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/gov_p ersonnel_main.cfm Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests for this solicitation will not be accepted.
