- Plans and Specifications will be available on or about 11 January 2008, and will be downloadable through Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) only to preapproved firms. Preapproved contractors registered with the FedTeDS system may download th e solicitation and any amendments from the Internet after issue date from the following address, https://ebs.swf.usace.army.mil/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.cfm. To register with FedTeDS go to https://www.fedteds.gov. Information for advertised solicitati ons and contract awards is available on the Tulsa District home page, www.swt.usace.army.mil. For questions, please contact Mr. Wyman Walker, 918-669-7043. To request your firm's placement on the preapproved list, you must email Wyman.W.Walker@usac e.army.mil. At that time, a UNCI Non-Disclosure Agreement will be provided. Firms may only be placed on the approved list once the agreement is signed and provided to the Government.
