- This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about 22 January 2008. Provide all labor, materials equipment and supplies to perform Fee Collection services for Thomson Causeway Recreation Area. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The following NAICS code 561110 will apply with the size standard of $6.5 Million. This work will be awarded as a performance-based contract. Perfo rmance-based means the Contractor is responsible for a quality end product. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Experience, Past Performance, and Price. Contracts will be awarded to the technically acceptable, responsive, responsible, com pliant vendor. Experience and Past Performance are significantly more important than price. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about 22 February 2008 at 4:00 p.m. local time. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the fedbizopp s web site for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must hav e a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
