- Subject: S- Janitorial Services, US Armed Forces Recruiting Santa Rosa Mall, Bayamon PR., for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District. SOLICITATION NUMBER: W912EP-08-T-0005 RESPONSE DATE: 28-JANUARY-2008 CONTRACT SPECIALIST NAME AND PHONE NUMBER: Edgardo Carrasquillo, 904-232-1792 US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intents to procure janitorial services for Armed Forces Recruiting Station Santa Rosa Mall Units 58/59, State Rd #2 Main Ave, B ayamon, PR 00959-6710. The contractor shall provide all material, labor, and equipment for janitorial services. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Period of Performance will be for one base year with five option years. Prospective bidders must bi d on the base year and all option years. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offers whose quotation, conforming to this Request for Quotation (RFQ), will be most advantageous to the Government. This acqu isition is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, therefore only small businesses are invited to respond. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720; Small Business Size Standard is $15 Million. Solicitation W912EP-08-T-0005 will be issued on or abou t 18 January 2008 and offers due date on or about 28 January 2008. Solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) website at https://www.fedteds.gov/. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted. There is a VENDOR USER GUID available on the FedTeDS website. In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested vendors must RESGITER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION on the Federal Business O pportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If you are not registered, the Government is not responsible with providing you with notification of any changes to this solicitation. In addition, in order to generate a Plan Holders List, all intereste d bidders must also REGISTER AS INTERESTED VENDOR which is also located on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Registration Requirements: DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to th is procurement. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation.
