- Trunk, per Dwg 12576885 Rev C; FOR: 120MM MORTAR. FOB Destination. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore, hardcopies will not provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry ASFI at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed under Watervliet Arsenal. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will as any amendments thereto. Because of this the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be isued. Failtur eto obtain any said amendments and t orespond to them p rior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. This solicitation incorporates a tech data package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in o rder to prepare an offer are instructed to request same by submission of an e-mail to: alison.luciano@us.army.mil. Any said requests should contain the following information: CAGE Code (if available), Company Name, Point of Contact, Mailing Address, Tel ephone Number. A TDP will be provided after the solicitation has been released. The solicitation document contains information that has been desginated as Military Critical Technical Data. ONLY businesses that have been certified by the Department of De fense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office and provide a certified copy of DD FORM 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement.
