- MODIFICATION TO USA-SNOTE-080110-005 The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) plans to negotiate on a sole source basis with Case New Holland America, LLC, (Cage Code 10988) for an additional effort of one year of Interim C ontractor Logistics Support (ICLS) for the High Mobility Engineer Excavator (HMEE Type III) Backhoe loader (BHL) with a one year option. This notice is for the purpose of possible subcontracting opportunities only. See Note 22. This contract wil l be for an additional one year of ICLS support service with a one year option to include 1,500 hours of CONUS support with material; 6,000 hours of OCONUS contingency support with material; and 1,000 hours of OCONUS non-contingency support with material. Response date: 18 January 2008. A modification will be issued to the existing Time and Material contract to CNH America.
