- The U.S. Army JM&L LCMC-Picatinny, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000 has a requirement for the rental of a standard exhibit booth at the 2008 ISRI Scrap Recycling Industry Exposition to take place during 7 April 2008 through 9 April 2008 at Mandalay Bay Convention Center Las Vegas, NV. JM&L LCMC-Picatinny intends to satisfy this requirement on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis utilizing the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. As a result, the Government intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to the 2008 ISRI Scrap Recycling Industry Exposition. ISRI is managing the 2008 ISRI Scrap Recycling Industry Exposition. The request for quotation will be available for download approximately January 12, 2008 at http://procnet.pica.army.mil by clicking on Business Opportunities.
