- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-06-T-5000, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5. This procurement is Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611. The size standard is $6,500,000 in annual receipts. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8748. The Federal Service Code is U099. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Joint Force Headquarters Colorado, 140th Wing, Colorado Air National Guard, Buckley AFB, Colorado, 80011-9525 has established a Colorado Joint Task Force for the Democratic National Convention (JTF-DNC)to provide security for the Democratic National Convention and is requesting services to train key leaders of the Colorado National Guard JTF-DNC on the execution of the Joint Mission Essential Task reflected in the Defense Readiness Reporting System.
