- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. In this effort the government is seeking a contractor to provi de the Office of the Chief of Chaplains with no more than 400 hours of development time for the task of developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV accounting software for the Army Chief of Chaplains. The software customizations will reflect all app licable DOD and Army accounting, purchasing, and reporting regulations pertaining specifically to US Army Chaplains Funds (AR 165-1 and DA Pam 165-18) using Microsoft Dynamics NAV Software and Microsoft SQL Database Server. Basis for this award will be l ow price, technically acceptable. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11.
