- We intend to award a sole source contract to Vitec Group Communications Inc., 850 Marina Village Parkway, Alameda, CA 94501-1034, to purchase Clear-Com digital intercom systems with accessories and software. The Clear-Com digital intercom systems an d software package are only manufactured by Vitec Group Communications Inc.who have proprietary rights. The systems and software package is compatible, and interchangeable with the existing equipment. Other than full and open competition will be used und er the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is not a request for quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
