- This is a Sources Sought Notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice for Sources Sought and NO solicitation will be issued. Brief Background: Fort Riley, 1st Infantry Division (1ID) is looking for a Consultant that is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in TV/Cable industry. The Consultant SME will be required to perform the following tasks: a) review cur rent contract and discuss with the Government whether the current installation cable services are advantageous to the Govt; b) provide a detailed synopsis as to long term prespective; c) SME required to be at Fort Riley for approximately one week; d) SME r equired to brief the Government on the outcome of its review. Prospective vendors shall provide its capability briefing with respect to the above tasks to the email address below no later than noon 18 Jan 2008.
