- The United States Air Force sponsors the Nonappropriated Fund Employees? Retirement Plan Trust (ERPT). The ERPT is a employee benefit plan managed and administered by the Trustee, Headquarters, Air Force Service Agency (HQ AFSVA) located in San Antonio, Texas. The ERPT has approximately 6,350 active and inactive participants located at about 90 locations worldwide. The value of the ERPT assets on 30 September 2007 was approximately $310 million and continued growth is anticipated. HQ AFSVA is seeking a ?Contractor? to provide investment and consultant management services under the terms of this contract.
