- Description
- The 11th Wing, Bolling AFB, DC is seeking information from companies interested in submitting a proposal for an upcoming Construction Project for the Repair of Facility 3623, Cheshire Hall, Bolling AFB, DC. At this time, no determination has been made as to whether this effort will be an 8a or small business set-aside. Therefore, responses by 8a or small business contractors will be used to help make a set-aside determination. Please be advised that if any resulting acquisition is conducted as an 8a or small business set-aside, each offeror will be required to certify (by completing FAR 52.213-1, Small Business Program Representation) that it is a small business at the time its proposal is submitted for this acquisition. This will be a competitive solicitation ( expected NAICS Code: 236220) restricted to construction firms located in the states of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. All other contractors and firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers.
