- Description
- This synopsis is to announce that the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (ALC), Robins AFB, GA, intends to solicit and negotiate, on a sole source basis, engineering services to perform an intensive investigation, testing, evaluation, and finding of root causes leading to several failure incidents produced by the MAU-46 Bomb Ejector Rack. These failures have generated several delayed/ long releases of test stores affecting F-16 and A-10 USAF Aircraft platforms. The goal of this effort is to baseline current MAU-46 ejector rack performance with different types of stores, and to identify root causes leading to the poor/out of specification performance of these racks while in operation.
