- Contractor to provide full Architect/Engineering services as required to prepare complete contract drawings, specifications, technical reports and cost estimates, including services throughout construction period for Project No. 621-08-108 "Finish Out Building 3 " for the James H Quillen VA Medical Center, Mtn Home, Tennessee. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED CONCERNING THIS PROJECT -- THE A/E SHALL PROVIDE ALL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES NECESSARY TO DESIGN A PROJECT TO FINISH OUT SPACE IN BUILDING 3 INTO OFFICE SPACES. THE BUILDING IS MAINLY VACANT AND UTILIZED AS STORAGE SPACE AND WILL BE CONVERTED INTO OFFICE SPACES BY THIS PROJECT. CONVERT APPROX. 38,136 SF OF BUILDING 3 INTO SUITABLE OFFICE SPACES. --- This is not a request for proposal. THREE copies of SF 330 should be mailed to Sherri-Lyn Teeters, Contracting Officer, Acquisition Service Ctr 90C, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. No faxed or emailed SF 330's will be accepted. Do not contact the James H Quillen VA Medical Center with questions concerning this project.
