- Description
- The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), has a requirement to contract for a commercial services procurement for Veterans Readjustment Counseling Services. The geographical area to be served by the contractor is Del Rio and surrounding area. Contractors will provide services for eligible beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center in accordance with all existing Federal, State and Local Regulations. This is a proposed contract action for services for which the government intends to solicit as 100% small business set-aside.The NAICS code is 624190. Small business size standard is $6.5M. The procurement will be conducted utilizing the commercial item procedures of FAR 12 in conjunction with FAR 13.The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions therefore, the offerors initial offer should contain the offerors best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The government intends to award a single award contract, however reserves the right to make a multiple award. Facsimile and telephonic requests are not acceptable. Amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this URL.
