- The VA Boston Healthcare System intends to negotiate a procurement on a sole source basis with Anuradha Website Consulting, Taunton, MA. The following is the statement of work to be performed. 1.Files updates create Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) page with links to EBM sites; update graphic and html code for National Library of Medicine (NLM) report; add patient information to links page; create new Technology Resources Project (TRP) page; update program info page with new information from International Network of Agencies for Health Technology Assessment (INAHTA); add links, TA101 (technology assessment); create new page with information on International Network of Agencies for Health Technology Assessment on INAHTA; normal maintenance and upkeep. 2.Update all portable document format (pdf) documents for Technology Assessment Program (TAP) publications to add new VA Patient Care Services organizational contact information. 3.Create database for delivering TAP publications, create appropriate interface pages for web front-end for database; populate database with current TAP publications; test and implement pages on VA servers. 4.Identify options for creating and distributing (Extensible markup language) XML versions of TAP publications. Create XML versions of TAP products. Test and implement XML versions of TAP products. Special Projects: Meta-tags; post Health Technology Assessment conferences.This procurement is being conducted under FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other vendor or product will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the contracting officer within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. This information can be faxed to Carol AhNee at 857-364-6521. Rsponses will be evaluated however, a determination by the government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is soley within the descrition of the government.
