- This procurement is a total set-aside for the Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Procurement Program. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561720 with a small business size standard of $15 million. Contractor shall furnish all labor, travel, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide janitorial services located at the VA Out-Patient Clinic, 951 Millbrook Ave., Aiken, SC 29803. The VA intends to award a contract with a base year and four option years. Offerors are instructed to read the entire solicitation prior to submitting any questions.
