- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded a firm-fixed-price contract to Frankfurt Short Bruza Associates, P.C., Oklahoma City, OK for Type B design services for Systems Management Facility (SMF) Upgrades in Building No. 24, Multi-purpose Building at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK. The FAA contracted with Frankfurt Short Bruza (FSB) for the preliminary studies (Type A Services) for this project through issuance of a task order against an FAA Indefinite-Delivery contract. The FAA's Indefinite-Delivery contract with FSB expired before the tasking for the Type B services could be issued. Through development of the Type A study, FSB has acquired a unique insight and understanding of the design requirements for this project. Utilizing FSB as the source for the Type B services will ensure continuity in the design services process, and avoid incurring additional design costs.
