- Description
- Under the authority FAR 8.405-6, the U.S. Department of State intends to awarded a sole source delivery order to Dun & Bradstreet, Inc., 4350 N. Fairfax Drive, Suite 650 under the authority 8.405-6. This award is for GRS Seat license 2 "seats" which provides 40 User IDs, passwords and 190,000 credits and access D&B unique electronic global business database. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to the following email address no later than 4:00 pm., Eastern Standard Time, January 13, 2008.
