- Description
- The Department of Justice is developing an acquisition strategy for international process serving duty pursuant to the Hague Service Convention, the Inter-American Convention on Letters Rogatory and Additional Protocol, and Letters Rogatory from non-convention countries. Performance of processing duties will take place in the United States and its territories, including Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Northern Marianas and outside of the United States to the central authorities of countries that are parties to the Inter-American Convention on Letters Rogatory and Additional Protocol. As part of this survey, we are seeking information about small businesses that are capable of providing the services outlined in this Sources Sought announcement. Please note that this is a market survey for informational purposes only and is not a Request for Proposals (RFP). There is no solicitation document available; no contract will be awarded based on this announcement; and no reimbursement will be made for costs associated with responding to this announcement. All responses must be submitted via e-mail in accordance with the instructions that follow.
